Phoenix-Mesa-Valley: How Hot is the Market?!


This page shows how the Phoenix Valley is doing as a whole. The green graph shows the number of March sales was 3% lower than the most recent 5-year average for this time of year.

Next look at Active Listings. Comparing the gray and red numbers, you can see the current number of listings is down 7.8% when compared with the 5-year average.



As has been the trend for more than a year, inventory is lower than average.  This limited supply offsets the slight decrease in sales.  It looks as though sales are increasing month-over-month for the spring season, as is typical in our market.  Stay tuned, or contact me directly with questions!!!  Thank you.
